We are thrilled to announce that Robert Parker Wine Advocate, one of the world’s most respected wine critics, has awarded the Čuvar Guardians Chardonnay 2021 an impressive 91 points.
This wine first turned heads at the 2024 Bayleys Hawke’s Bay Wine Awards, where it won Champion Wine of the Show. Now, it has earned international recognition, reaffirming its place among Hawke’s Bay’s finest Chardonnays.

“…leads with a tangy and citrusy attack on the palate, with white flowers, fennel seeds, green apple and yellow peach. The finish is a little tart, but it works to present as crunch/freshness. The wine achieves balance between its elements: the oak, phenolics, acidity and fruit aspects all enmesh as one. It’s a lovely wine.”
